So here i m again.
One pal emails AND leaves an answering machine message all but bragging that he's going to vegas to see P play.
Another pal comes to visit a friend in town and expects to bang her based on flirtaciousness and either charity or pity.
Despite being a married chap, I have a vacuum where my former friend-support-net used 2 b.
Brothers have jobs and lives of their own, and my father has all but disappeared while my mother prefers to call for free psychoanalysis.
One of two friends in my vicinity is like a live wire attached to the clairvoyant beyond, and the other a workaholic socialite far too busy to remember me or my lovely bride.
If the fellow students of my bride I've been introduced to weren't pressed with the same schedule and responsibilities, they might be available to socialize more often than they do.
I keep putting off getting back to a friend in a neighboring state because I'm so humbled and stunned by the gravity of his home life...I actually don't know what to say.
My analog blog, a notebook descendant with a built-in ribbon bookmark...I think they call it a moleskine...
It's just one of like six or seven different places where my mind vomits flotsam presently.
So I find newish music that I can play and sing along to in a soul-nurturing mantra...
I commit myself to getting the garden weeded, the lawns mowed, and the catboxes cleaned...
and aim myself at getting stuff done; things crossed off my list.
The emotional navelgazing can come later. It usually does...
